High rigidity structure and cartridge type main spindle ensure rotation without vibration. Large power AC spindle motor, ZF two-step reducer and gear box speed reducing provide spindle large torque output and stable rotation.
8-station hydraulic turret equipped on the lathe changes tool fast and reliable.
Slide guide way and saddle guide way are coated with special plastics. Bed way are medium frequency hardened and precision ground. Hydraulic balancing system is applied in X axis ensures good dynamic response and long last accuracy.
